I had to contact REA Spratt’s for a service this week. Unbelievable service from the moment I called to when the agent arrived at the house for a valuation. I had to reschedule the apt at the last minute and Julie was very professional and accommodating, calling me back when she said she would with alternative arrangements. Eamon showed up for the valuation bang on time and was professional and friendly, putting us at ease. He was transparent in the process and personable.
