Trust, professionalism and loyalty are very important when you are buying or selling property, I've had the pleasure of dealing with REA Spratt when selling one house and buying another and couldn't fault them, but those aren't the only reasons I go back. It's the personal touch, it's knowing that they are on your side and always on the other end of the phone, whether you are buying, selling or renting.
I love their marketing tactics too, they sell Dungarvan beautifully.

I have just bought a house with REA Spratt in Dungarvan. It was my first time buying.
I delt with all the agencies in town but I found Spratts to be the best. Dolores helped me at every step of the way. She answered every question I had and regularly checked if I needed any help. Dolores is a professional in her field but most of all a lovely person to deal with. She always had time for me, went beyond and above to make sure that everything was dealt with as I had no experience in buying properties whatsoever.
