Eamonn Spratt told us we’d love Dungarvan and West Waterford 21 years ago when he sold us our house on the Bay at Dungarvan. We have excellent golf courses nearby particularly the members’ championship course at Dungarvan Golf Club and the Gold Coast resort nearby. A little further out of town lies the challenging West Waterford Golf club. We’re spoiled for choice with athletic, tennis, bowls, cycling and some of the best Bridge clubs in Ireland. Recently added and a joy to experience is the spectacular Waterford Greenway. Eamonn was so professional and courteous and he saw the potential of our property for us and our family.
