I recently had to assist an elderly relative sell their house and I found REA Spratt to be more than the honest broker I needed in order to ensure that the seller was fully informed of the procedure all the way through, and most importantly was fully in charge of decisions to be made. Eamonn was so efficient in moving the process between his company, solicitor and us, and guided us through step by step - I was surprised at how quickly the whole sale was concluded. Any time I had to relay information or requests to the REA Spratt office, staff were always helpful and courteous. When they said they'd arrange a call back from Eamonn (if I could not get him immediatley), I got the call back. Eamonn kept to his arranged times, and on the rare occasion he could'nt, he informed me, never left me waiting and wondering - if he ever wants to change to any of the trades with that business ethic, he's got my business! I am happy to recommend REA Spratt for the in depth knowledge of the procedures involved in property dealing, the courtesy, efficiency and excellent communication.

Fantastic service from Eamonn and the team. Had to sell a flat in Dungarven inherited from my grandfather, and they could not have been more helpful. Over the phone they were wonderful- kept me appraised of what was happening frequently, and found a buyer very quickly since they knew the local market so well. The fact I lived abroad in England wasn't an issue at all with them- they even arranged for removal of the furniture and an excellent local decorator to get it market ready in no time and at a very reasonable rate too. Both their local knowledge and excellent service made the process a lot less stressful than it could have been, I highly recommend them if you're selling or buying in the area.
