A small traditional three roomed cottage standing on a 0.58ha / 1.433 acre site sells via Online Auction. This property had a disclosed reserve of €85,000 and after 108 bids between three bidders, the cottage sold for €145,500 equating to 58% in excess of the reserve price.

Our second last Online Auction was on behalf of our clients the HSE on this occasion the Old Keereen Dispensary standing on a 0.17ha / 0.42 acre site. This property had a disclosed reserve of €65,000 resulting in us receiving 88 bids between nine parties concluding at €137,500.
