Another REA Spratt Sale over the line

One of the nicest tasks we have in Spratt's is handing over the keys to one of the successful purchasers of their new home. On this occasion, the successful buyer Josephine is receiving the keys from Dolores & Eamonn. Josephine has strong local connections in that it was Josephine’s Aunt Mai O’Higgins who wrote “Dungarvan my Hometown”. 🎼🎶
