Eamonn Spratt joined his father Donal, in Spratt Auctioneers in 1989. He is the 3rd generation to head up the family business which was founded by his grandfather Edmond Spratt in 1938

Dolores Caples

Dolores Caples is the recognisable friendly face of Spratts office. Dolores has gained great experience in Residential Sales and also been involved in the marketing of numerous new housing developments over the years. In addition Dolores, has a hands on approach to our Property Management Service.

Dolores Foley

Dolores Foley is our Office Manager with responsibility for office Accounts. In addition, Dolores also manages the annual Agricultural Lettings, and co-ordinating the monies associated with our Property Management Service.

Donal O'Brien

Donal O'Brien is well known throghout the County, having worked with a major Financial Institution for over 30 years. Donal, who resides in Lismore, gives a hands on service to our property portfolio in the West of the County, in addition to Agricultural & Commercial Sales.
