County Waterford's oldest Auctioneering & Estate Agents firm, Edmond Spratt & Son Ltd., was founded by Edmond & Ita Spratt in 1938 who were joined by their son, Donal in 1953. In 1989 the third generation, Eamonn, a fellow of the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute  returned to the practice. Spratt Auctioneers have more than 70 years experience working in property throughout Co. Waterford.

In recent times, Spratts were one of the founder members of the Property Partners group, a now highly regarded Property franchise, yet Spratts still remain independent to ensure that we maintain our personal service.

Spratt Auctioneers significant advantage which they enjoy over their competitors is the considerable experience which the team has acquired by reason of the low turnover of personnel. This can be seen from the high level of repeat business from our loyal customer base.
