We contacted REA Spratt for assistance with securing a tenant for our new renovated community building Ballyduff Storehouse. Eamonn came out to meet us to understand what we were looking for and to assess the premises, he spent considerable time talking with us to understand our needs for our community building. We were looking to secure a tenant for our ground floor. We explained to Eamonn that it was important that our tenant brought the capacity for the ground floor to me a meeting place for all ages included in their proposition.
The tenant Eamonn and his team secured for us has exceeded all of our expectations and Sinead Design is settling in well in her new space. Our old empty ground floor has been replaced with a warm, inviting, comfortable design space accompanied with coffee & snack offering as well as gift & design offerings. Our new tenant Sinead Design is very happy in their new space and we are very grateful to Eamonn and his team for connecting us and helping us with our community revival project.
